Is the Age of the Universe Changing?

The age of the universe, their local places that are much older than other places, right? The part of the collective arm at the edge of the Milky Way that we're in is fairly young compared to other galaxies and even other component parts of our galaxy. So you go with what we believe about cosmology that likely the universe is changing with life. And then you say the reason we're not seeing it is because we're just too primitive, right? There probably is some sort of time directive, that kind of thing. That seems much more likely than that we just happen to rise on our own through the fluke of natural selection.
