You say that while high functioning teams and culture are critical, the success really requires that you be your best first. In more cases, it's about paying it forward. You're going to get a person who was in your shoes ten years earlier, 20 years earlier, who oftentimes will be more than willing to be helpful. I think it'sthing. It's a very powerful force around us that has in accessd far too little.
