How to Deal With Jet Lag
The biggest difference is that your work day really forces you. You have to get up at seven o'clock in the morning, even if you're totally knackered. I think it's when you get to like the triple headers or the double headers where the end of the second week, everyone's quite tired anyway. So it's a bit snappy on the pit wall, the meetings are a bit more confrontational. And I think we give off this persona of it all being perfect and everyone's really surviving. But I think there are elements where some people struggle more than others - but we've got used to the little things.
