The president of the united states, who's also the leader of the democratic party, didn't want this to happen. A lot of countries that are democratic and friendly to the united States had a little bit of trouble understanding why the president simply couldn't ask nancy pelose not to go time on. I think there was a sort of gen an concern that polosi was showing up. And so these were the exercises that begine rolled out. Were clearly not things that were designed in the course of a week or few days. They were clear things that the p l a had been wanting to rehearse for months, or probably years.
