We hold on to the sweet rice way beyond what's needed for survival. We're chronically trying to control and sist the reality of the moment, or resisting full presence. Letting go isn't actually a doing. You know, our bodies just hold on to tension. It's not like its helping, but we are continually tightening against some perceived upcoming danger.
