Dileon vs. Diagio

Didi is suing Diagio. He has a tequila brand called Dileon. He is claiming that they are not marketing it. It is a black owned brand. They're not spending money and marketing dollars to the same tune that they do with Randy Gerber and George Clooney's brand. With mine, it was I think 18% of sales. And that was a lot of money because we were doing really close to a million cases. After Skinny Girl tequila blew up, it became massive.
