The Competitive Advantage of Automation and Robotics

The labor shortage is part of one of the things that's caused, some people are saying a little bit of an inflationary environment. You also have these wage increases that are happening because look, people had the great resignation going on. And so you had all these people kind of leaving their jobs looking for something better and employers had to pay up. I think the business leaders increasingly see automation and robotics as a competitive advantage. In fact, over the past eight years since we started Robo in 2013, we've seen 25 of our portfolio companies receive a takeover offer.
