I hate the word should. I try to avoid it as much as possible, because there's this implication that you have some superior position or knowledge when you convey that and say, oh, you should do this. That projection has proven to be repeatedly self destructive in almost every situation that it's applied. The problem that you stated with how do we get discourse to be more precise? Well, isn't the concept lady justice to me is very much like a computer. She's not looking at your race, your gender, religion, whatever's on the scale is what you get.
