Diaphragmatic Breathing
Diaphragmatic breathing is when you breathe through your nose and with the hand that's on your belly Lifting up and down gently. It sends a signal Hey, this is down regulation. I'm in a relaxed state So by doing this we instantly kind of send a signal Hey this is down regulation so don't stress yourself out further. Just simply if you can take time at the end of your session to focus on breathwork it will enhance your performance. There are so many people out there who just have no idea what breathwork is. We're talking outside the realm of BJJ here.
