The Harvard Problem: A Bad Dude Stamping Into the Supreme Court

The Harvard problem here rests with Second Amendment advocates. Rahimi's a bad dude. Officers in the Arlington, so wait a minute, Rahimi was involved in five shootings between December 2020 and January 2021. He also admitted he was subject to and agreed civil protective order. So you have a guy stampeding into the Supreme Court. Now I get it from his perspective. But this is the Judge Ho concurrence that, again, at the beginning, I found Rahimi to be a pretty outrageous opinion.
