Aeden: I ignored a lesson that i teach my students over and over and over again, which is, don't project your own tastes on to other people. We applied steve blank's customer development methodology to one side of the two sided market place, but not to both sides. And so what i had from this experience was that it's hard to catalize a market place, so you tend to focus on the cell side. That was the dumbest thing i ever could aeden,. when did you have sort of an epiphany that we were failinge your attention.
