The Value of a Sabbath

There's a lot of theological dissension in the Christian world, especially for those who are strong advocates of Saturday worship. For those folks, worshiping on a Sunday is somehow pagan and wrong and unbiblical. There's nowhere in the scripture that says that we have to or must worship on the Saturday. Then finally, there's the whole idea of rest. Okay, the Sabbath is just about rest. And people could certainly use rest, etc.
