Embracing Flexibility in User Research Requests

In this chapter, they discuss a mistake they made as a user researcher regarding being too rigid with their stakeholders and research requests. They share personal experiences of being too rigid in their approach and explain how they have now become more flexible and collaborative in their role as user researchers.
