The Different Situations of Midge Hatches in the East
The trout are sipping like it's Mayflies coming down at the heart of the hatch when the majority of the bugs are on the water. They're not going to change their behavior. You'll get these random one-offs, but usually that's just an eight-inch fish coming up and grabbing a fly. We have such a different situation here than what you do grow with a four-month long or three-month long hatch.
