The Differences Between Parks and Level Telescopes
Neil deGrasse Tyson explains the difference between level and parks telescopes. They are similar in many ways, but there is a singular reason for them to do different things. It might be something to do with like different hemispheres. But they're not very physical observing - just pulling radio waves from out of space. He says it's nothing to do with the space stations or Earth politics.
