Introduction

Earl Ozzelf II of Bambura was a Northumbrian, and he had earned his seat ruling over the region north of the Tine in true Northumbrian fashion. A blood feud and a coup followed by a little church roast and a post-party beheading. This dynasty was so ferocious that one of King K'nute's chief men, Cihward, apparently took one look at them and decided he'd better marry into them just to be safe.
