The Importance of Merit in Government Organizations

When a government organization fails, it doesn't go out of business, it gets bigger. And so I guess what he's saying is that we have to focus on areas. Merit is a cosmic concept. That's another way to think about it. Instead of pretending that some individuals could know what merit is, let's look at what even a chip could understand. There are three grapes over here. There's one here. Right? And let's use that as the objective measure. The whole economy is not a zero sum game. Let's answer the question for once and for all, why does Bezos make more money or why did Bill Gates make more money than a worker?"
