The Role of Joysticks in Coaching
A lot of traditional coaching would be what we would make them joysticks, joystick coaching or riders from the ground. It's an interesting industry because it's quite slow to adapt as an industry. There are a very high number of coaches with no qualifications and they coach because they've been a good competitor. Qualifications tend to work around coaches being assessed for how much they improve performance during a short period of time.
