Parents often find themselves in traps where they don't want to discourage the potty, but at the same time their child is having accidents all over the house. A boundary needs to be that we say not because it's a punishment, and you've stepped back, and i have to go back into dippers. When our child wants to do this, they'll do it. No reasonable boundary will get in the way of the process.
