When you can stimulate those neurons, some are electrically using some fancy microelectrodes, some matrix-like technology, you will suddenly think of your dog. We don't know whether quantum mechanics is relevant for the brain. The experimental evidence suggests that quantum mechanics is probably not relevant to understand the brain.
