A lot of people think self compassion or self love is about letting yourself off the hook for everything or not taking accountability. But there's a way of talking to yourself and trying to hold yourself accountable in a kind way. And if you apply like combining like behavioral activation approaches with self-talk approaches, you can really transform a human as you are doing.
