How to Form Good Habits

Habits are any repeated behavior that you do without thinking about it right yes and so I would always go for figuring out what drives the behavior in the mind. How can we change something inside the mind of that person to drive a new behavior even in a way that you don't have to struggle or work to keep the new behavior? A lot of people with the ADHD diagnosis kind of switch from one almost personality to the other they're like super motivated we'll take cleaning the house super. So not just describe them but actually accentuate the motivated one or allow it to transform into Like a cooler motivated part that also knows how to relax which is often the part that kills people.
