During the falicular phase, women should be able to train harder and deal with life a little bit better. At ovulation, you can switch into a relaxed type of approach where you're eating less and exercising less. What i call an e l, e l phase, which is a traditional hunter gatherer or europ you know, traditional european, parisian type life style. We're built to walk. That's what we need to do. And this goes very nicely with the menstrual cycle, right?
