We Thank You for Being Such a Good Dad

Proverbs is a metaphor for all sin that is seductive, gret all sin that calls to our heart. In particular, in the bible, adultery is often the image for idolatry. And so again, when we read through these things, yes, we can definitely see the foolishness and the allure of certain kinds of sins. But we also can see them as an example of how all sins just draw our heart away from what we know is true. If most of our lives are spent hidden, even these dark parts of our lives, then we can't help but also hide ourselves from themselves.
