Is There a Movement to Stop Sexual Assault?
Eight women in the New York City area are kind of on a vigilante campaign against a man who they say raped or assaulted all of them. They've been like plastering his neighborhood with posters of him. It is luck. If the system worked, this wouldn't have to happen. But I think it's important for any person who works in government concerned about a falling birth rate to take a look at a place where the birth rate is catastrophically low and what isn't being done to help.
