Jenny Thomas: We were fighting something we didn't understand. We needed God. It's a reprisal of the kind of ideology Jenny Thomas had from her birch society days. They regarded their opponents as enemies and practically, you know, satanic. So she says you've got to fight, fight back against the sort of evil tormentors. That night, the Thomas has traveled back to the Capitol to Jack Danforth's office.
