The Cost of Training for Engineers

A conference is probably going to be a few thousand bucks, including travel and hotel. A trainer might be like 10 grand or something. I don't think we should depend on conferences for the cutting edge stuff. But if there were no conferences, it would be a lot harder to hear about new technologies.
