And the reason they come to do is these customers, you know, based on volume of velocity and kind of the way they do business. They're really long for simplicity pricing and great support. So when you kind of look at it internally and take an outside interview, it's a lot easier to just say like, Hey, have I made my product easy to use? Can the customer consume the way they want to buy? Do they know what their bill will be at the end of the month? Or is it a labyrinth of light line items to decipher in a really frustrating manner?"
