Women in the Workplace

In Boise, Idaho, your hometown, the hot box is what? It is. I was like a tee ball term, like a baseball term. When women get into leadership positions, they're in a situation where if they behave in traditionally more feminine ways, they are considered bad leaders. But then when women will try to display more masculine traits, they will be very deeply disliked. And you see this a lot of times with female politicians, like very kind of pronounced cases. So it's sort of a lose-lose situation, right? and you call it the hot box, which apparently is a different meaning where you grew up than where I grew up.
