The Importance of Diversification in Drug Transport
Drug dealers know that if they send 100 C containers full of drugs or 100 packages through the mail, less than 1% of them will actually be intercepted and confiscated by quarantine authorities. The ports are regularly understaffed and only function because of how fast they can get the containers off the ship onto the trucks and trains and out of the port. Even though globalisation in these ports have proven incredibly successful with the drug car towels, they still use multiple routes to get their drugs from their manufacturing origin to their market buyers.
