How to Compose Music for Film and Television

I first became conscious of it with the James Bond movies. That was the first time when I realized that there was music in the movies. But you know, I didn't really get to write my first score till I was 25 or 26. And then from that, I met a guy in London who was making a little movie called Lee on the pig farmer. He said, look, we've got no money and a film probably won't get made, but you want to write some songs for the movie. So yeah, just let her just smash them and have fun. The stuff you learn yourself is the stuff that stays with you forever. Just let it have fun. It's fun
