"It's a matter of guessing that what we're getting from our senses in some way shape or form is providing us accurate information," he says. "Our observations are theory-laden, we can explain what's going on with observation but the explanations themselves are liable to improvement, to change and overturned over time" He adds: "Not all interpretations are equal, no of course not, there is such a thing as too much interpretation."
