The Importance of Education in Overcoming Racism

I wonder whether one of the things that you use people towards this ideology when they're in the police or in prison service is that they are coming into disproportionately into contact with violent people from among the black community. Of course they're also dealing with white violent criminals, but there is a disproportionate there and I can see that that could make the ideology more seductive to them. It's very rare to have any kind of positive interactions which is ultimately what's needed to overcome the biases and the hatred. And so, yeah, better level of education and understanding of just genetics and evolution itself would certainly help.
