CHAPTER

The Power of Maximum Power

James Cracknell was an Olympic row or two time Olympic champion in rowing. He had a huge engine in classic terms of aerobic capacity, not much grunt. Long story short James got injured, his rib. So he threw himself into the training and so we got him onto the bike. You want to the what bike for quite a bit of time to build the engine,.
