The Importance of Fiber Type Specific Hypertrophy

Schoenfeld and colleagues did a systematic review of studies where they introduced BFR. They measured fiber type specific hypertrophy with biopsies done in the quad. Four out of 11 studies that were included actually compared traditional training to some form of BFR. That means we have pretty homogenous data, but it will tell us that we don't know a whole lot about like say the triceps, you know?
