When we came in, our mx net team, to a w s, essentially we were in research moat. We're a bunch of researchers building an open source framework. And i think that's where i really started to cut my teeth on what does it take to essentially get research projects off the ground. So going through from being a researcher and doing this yonow vectorized machine learning stuff, through to actually building teams and launching services,. i think that was the a ws training that i take with me now and really look to apply in building products widely.
