Introduction

Risk is at the center of so much that's going on in the economy right now. Many people get risk wrong because they think about risk as the singular act of starting something or doing something. In my mind, starting or doing something is not risk. The risk is what do you do on day two to mitigate the risk that apparently you took? America truly believes in self-constitution. America believes in making sure that there is a transactional governance to make sure your effort is rewarded.
