CHAPTER

Tito's Ideological Transition

The russian. period fascinates me how do you go for fighting for the australia hogarian empire during the first world war and then end up fighting for the Bolsheviks during the russian civil war? i have no doubt that tito was an earnest communist in the sense of he understood the raw power aspect of it and saw that firsthand with the balshavic takeover in the soviet union. I think he bought in early on to the idea that this communist movement is not about one people oppressing another this is about all of us coming to realize the same system putting it into place and then being equal. That's a consistency i think is there throughout his regime
