This film is really the first time that many people, many generations, probably will ever y, have ever been exposed to the black panthers and fred hampton. If you're not a historian, if you're not in tho civil rights struggle pretty deeply, et cetera, like, you might never even heard of fred hamptons. And so this film, i think, does a really, really good job of portraying the black Panthers in an accurate and fairly well balanced manner,. compared to what the other side of the narrative is that we've been getting for so long.
