The Troivial and Coles Creek Mound building societies continued to exist long after the age of the hope world tradition. The main mound on this the Troivial earthworks is suggested to have once stood 82 feet in height making it the second tallest known pre-Columbian mound in North America not far behind monks mound at Cahokia. At the town of Jonesville, Louisiana on the banks of the Black River, an ancient multi-mound complex once existed that has been destroyed somewhat. It was a highly considered earthwork construction with a methodical architecture using different materials.
