Ad Creatives - What Advice Would You Give to Creatives?

I'm not that, I don't think of myself as a very creative person. What I'm really good at is identifying a good creative. So if you're thinking about getting into creatives or media buying, just go to their ad libraries and start taking notes of what hooks are they using. You don't need to have that creative gene to be good at ad creatives.
