The Doppler Effect, Part Two
In the 1800s, astronomers started using a spectroscope to study light waves. A guy named Christian Doppler was tinkering with the frequency of sound waves. And he found that when I sit by a train, it sounds different as it goes by me. It appears to be moving faster than others that are closer. This is where we came to the genuine origin of the Big Bang Theory.
