Russ's Dismissal Request Was Laughable

The prosecutor on anna's case called her dismissal request laughable. She said that wa laughable and tat file would probably be marked to the felony. Russ was irritated because he didn't make this dismissal request frivolously. He knows how disinclined prosecutors are to drop a case, how rarely that happens. So to call it laughable feels disrespectful. Jenifer felt like rus was telling her how to do her job.
