How to Increase Contribution Per Person
A lot of open source communities get kind of overwhelmed with new contributors who pop in and they say, Hey, I want to help tell me what to do. And then they never show up again or they never work on anything. So having good first issues is one way to address that where you can say, Here's a filter of the good first issues that you can have a look at. Then once somebody's made a few contributions and you get a better idea of their skill set, then you can be more confident in asking them to do other things.
