Is Your Password Encrypted?

Your biggest vulnerability now isn't with somebody randomly guessing your password. Instead, they get hold of it after a breach of data from some web site or service that you use. It's safe in the sense that it's bein incrypted or it's been hashed. So if guessing doesn't work any more, where would a person start? Well, people still guess, they just guess differently.
