The top five European leagues are the English League, Italian League, Germany, Spain and then France. The Premier League is the most competitive because it has more money in it nowadays. There used to be a big four, now there's a big six or even an eight. Mid-table teams can go out and look for players that only the top teams in those other leagues could compete for in the past. Qatar have got Neymar, Messi, and Mbappe like three of the world superstars in one team - which is crazy.
