I tend to just go pretty much straight into the form or freeze. That's been always my coping strategy throughout my life. But I've noticed in my adult life, I do the same thing, but then I have this residual anger that comes up later. And it's an interesting one that I would love to know your thoughts and opinions onThat. Well, a lot of us have a default mode. A lot of us are primarily fight, primarily flight, freeze fun. So you can have one person with fight mode as their default. And their fight mode can be very different in a business sense than it is with an intimate partner.
