The Risks of SBA Loans
It actually gets harder when we get outside of SBA. The bank's credit criteria and credit appetite is much, much lower. Usually, time in business is a big one just because we need at least three years to have a trend. Everybody's facing a lot of challenges even with what otherwise look like really good deals. They'd much rather be in an SBA loan. That's much safer place for a bank.
