The Importance of Eating Well
When we eat, our bodies produce dopamine. We're supposed to get pleasure from food. Research shows that the healthier we eat, the more dopamine our body is released from healthy foods. When we eat more fatty, greasy, sugary foods, our bodies actually develop such that we need more fatty greasy foods and before they'll release dopamine. So when we kind of cleanse it, we get back to a basis where we can get pleasure fromhealthy foods.
