The majority of your great exercises will really be body weight, right? Sit ups, planks, all variations of sit ups. Walking lunge is good in exercise. You can get for glutes. Step up and walking lunge maybe could be tied. But again, hip thrust awesome, but it's kind of icing on the cake there.
